Refund policy

At GlowSculpt, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We want every purchase to be a positive experience, which is why we proudly offer free worldwide shipping and a 30-day free return and refund policy.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items should:

Be unused or gently unused.
Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Include all accessories and components received.

2. Free Returns

GlowSculpt provides free returns for eligible orders. Simply contact our customer support team, and we'll provide return instructions.

3. Refunds

After your returned package has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still return it under our 30-day return policy.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care items may not be eligible for return if they have been heavily used, intentionally damaged, or altered after delivery.
